Any other national security purposes prohibited or restricted under applicable FCC regulations.

By purchasing or using these products, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Customers further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ENS Security, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, penalties, fines, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from any prohibited, improper, or unlawful use of these products or any failure to comply with applicable laws or FCC regulations.
