Based on the “Safer at home” orders of the State of California and New York, ENS Security is categorized as an essential business. However, the safety and health of our customers and employees is always our number one priority. Most of our employees will stay home, and ENS only maintains minimum basic operation from March 23, 2020, until further notice.

 

 

With the help from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as our own operation requirements, we’re currently developing preventative measures to maintain a clean, and healthy environment in our buildings.

First and foremost, we’ve ramp up cleaning efforts. Our buildings are cleaned with sanitizing solutions used on frequent-touching surfaces as well as high-traffic areas at least twice per day routinely. We also have associates dedicated to cleaning key areas throughout the day and we’re also providing access to hand washing facilities with soap and water, and hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol content.

Secondly, we’ve asked our associates who aren’t feeling well to refrain from coming into the office. We’ve also shared a new policy with associates that provide extra flexibility to stay at home or their residence. At our offices and warehouses, all associates are separated by at least six (6) feet from other attendees, and we will keep less than 10 people in an enclosed space.

Thirdly, our sales teams are communicating with customers by emails and phone calls. However, because we need to deter the spread of COVID-19 by preventing people from being in unnecessary close contact, we highly recommend our will-call customers to:

    •  Please do not come inside the office building and wait for your orders at the designated pick-up locations in the warehouse entrance.

    •  For any will-call orders, please arrange for payment with your respective sales representative prior to arrival and avoid cash transactions as much as possible.

    •  RMA service is temporarily suspended. Product warranty will be extended by the same period of our RMA suspension period.

    •  Tech support will provide remote support only.
